In the same way that the family is the foundational unit of society, the Parish is the foundational unit of the Universal Church. Each Parish is integral to the mission of living the Christian faith, serving as a dynamic, living body that is responsible for the spiritual nourishment and well-being of its members.
Just as a healthy family provides the foundation for a thriving society, a vibrant and engaged Parish community is essential to the spiritual health of the Church and the world. As members of the body of Christ, we are called to serve and support one another, using our unique gifts and talents to build up the Church and further God’s Kingdom.
The Parish Ministry is the heart of the Church at the local level, where faith is formed, nurtured, and lived out. Our Parish is a family of believers united in Christ, working together to carry out God’s mission on earth. At DWRC, we believe that the Parish is not just a place of worship, but a community of love, service, and outreach.

By engaging in these ministries, you contribute to the mission of building a vibrant, Christ-centered community where all feel welcomed, loved, and supported.
The Parish is a place where we come together as one body in Christ, each member contributing their gifts and talents for the greater good of the Church and the world. When we serve one another and live out the values of the Gospel, we become a powerful witness of God’s love and mercy.
We invite you to join us in living out our shared mission, growing together as a Parish family, and being a light to the world.
